VISION To have land, water and air that is cleaner and healthier than it is today, to sustain our community’s life needs, balancing stewardship of the natural world and economic development for our current and future generations.

MISSION To educate, guide, advocate for and develop policy that protects the integrity of natural habitats while supporting development that respects ecological limits. The Land use Committee meets no less than quarterly to review policies for land use of Chickaloon Village and other business relative to land and property.

The Land Use Committee works in close cooperation with all the departments on projects and activities, develops land use policies, reviews development plans and makes recommendations to Chickaloon Village Traditional Council.
